Shipping Process
To ensure a smooth shipping process, please provide a complete postal address, including the pin code, email address, and contact number. This information is essential for accurate delivery. Kindly double-check your pin code and contact details before completing your order.
- In-Stock Items: If the items in your order are in stock, they will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If any of the items in your order are not in stock, we will work to get them produced and dispatched within 10 working days of the order placement. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.
Delivery Times
Our courier partners will deliver your order between Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the delivery schedule.
