If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date via email at support@debockorganicfarmsindia.com. To process your claim efficiently, we require the following:

  • Clear images of the damaged product (including the packaging)
  • A video showing the unboxing of the product and highlighting the damage
  • Image of the outer box

In case of a multiple-item shipment, only the affected item will be eligible for return and replacement. Once we receive the necessary details, we will process your claim promptly, ensuring that a replacement is sent to you at no extra cost.

Response time: You will receive a response within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue.

2. Missing Product

If you notice that an item is missing from your order, please inform us within 2 days from the delivery date by sending an email to support@debockorganicfarmsindia.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the opened box with all items visible
  • A video of the unboxing process

We are unable to process refund requests for missing products. However, we will be happy to re-send the missing item promptly.

3. Spoiled Product

In case you receive a spoiled or expired product, please contact us within 2 days from the delivery date via email at support@debockorganicfarmsindia.com. We require the following:

  • The date of packaging or date of manufacture
  • Clear images or video of the spoiled product

Please note that we do not accept returns for variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are natural and handmade. Each batch is unique, and while we ensure the highest quality ingredients and production standards, slight variations may occur.

We will thoroughly investigate the issue and, if needed, replace the product after due diligence.
